Photographer, Kilimli, 1957.

He studied economics. ICP assistant in New York, He worked as a photo editor at National Geographic Turkey. He gave lectures in the photography, journalism, new media and architecture departments of universities. He wrote essays on photography and worked as a mentor and editor for independent photography projects. Among his works are Kuşbazlar (1997), New York Subway (2003), Arabesque (2007), Why Do We Take These Photographs? (2017), Koan (2020).
